Koha Kafé serves as a platform for teens to gain work experience in a safe and supportive environment. The kafé is donation-based, with patrons giving a koha for what they have experienced at the venue.

This model encourages whanau support and inclusivity, for the learning and development of young individuals whether it is Local, Nationwide or Internationally.
